This website (www.logistus.lt) is managed by UAB Logistus 3PL, company code 300578530, address Ugniagesių str. 14, Vilnius, 02244 Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Seller’, ‘We’, ‘Our’) and is accordingly the data controller of your personal data listed in this Privacy Policy.

We respect the privacy rights of all visitors to Our website, including Our customers (hereinafter referred to as ‘You’, ‘Your’), and are committed to ensuring the protection of Your personal data (hereinafter referred to as ‘Personal Data’) when You visit and/or register on this website.

In this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Privacy Policy’), we provide information about the collection, processing, and storage of your Personal Data. ‘Provision of personal data’ – the disclosure of Personal data by transmitting them or making them otherwise accessible (excluding the publication of such data in the media);

‘Processing of personal data’ – any operation (sequence of operations), performed with Personal data (in sets of data) by automatic or non-automatic means, including collection, recording, sorting, systematization, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, as well as alignment or combination with other data, restriction, erasure, or destruction;

‘Data processor’ – a legal or natural person processing Personal data on behalf of the Data Controller and under their instruction;

3. MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Information collected about Users (service buyers), depends on the services you use and the information you provide on the website www.logistus.lt when starting to use the services or registering an account. Your personal data is obtained in the following ways:

  • You provide it yourself (by filling out and submitting the inquiry form on the website, calling the contact phone number).
  • Automatically generated, as required by applicable laws (visiting the website and/or social media account, using applications).
  • Obtained from third parties and/or publicly available sources, as permitted by applicable laws.

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and truthful Personal data.

Individuals wishing to register must provide their email address and create a password. An Account is created during registration. In the Account, the Buyer enters their own data – name, surname, phone number, email address, and is solely responsible for the accuracy of this information. The Buyer is given a User ID. The Buyer can at any time:

  • Correct and/or supplement Personal data in the Account. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of corrected and/or supplemented data.
  • Contact the Seller at the email address marius@logistus.lt regarding the deletion of the Account.

The Seller collects and further processes your personal data based on legitimate grounds defined in the data protection laws:

  • When processing your personal data is required by applicable laws.
  • To conclude and/or perform a contract with you.
  • With your consent.
  • For the legitimate interests of the Seller, when your private interests are not more important.

The Seller processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • Provision of services, assessment of customer solvency, and credit risk management, protection of the Seller’s violated rights.
  • Proper provision of services, ensuring the quality of services.

4. TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Your Personal data is processed in accordance with legal acts and these terms:

  • processed only with a lawful basis, fairly and transparently;
  • processed only in the manner defined in the Privacy Policy and legal acts, and only for the purposes clearly defined and lawful by the Company for implementation and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
  • the minimum amount of your Personal data necessary and sufficient for the implementation of the objectives of this Privacy Policy is processed;
  • only accurate Personal data is processed, and when inaccurate data is identified, its processing is restricted;
  • processed in a secure manner protecting your Personal data from unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage, as well as using appropriate technical and organizational measures by the Company;
  • Personal data is kept no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of Personal data processing established by the Company;
  • Personal data processing in the Company is carried out only by authorized persons committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the processed Personal data;
  • if a significant personal data breach occurs, causing adverse consequences for your rights, we will inform you about it in accordance with the procedures established by law.

5. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

You have the following rights:

  • To be informed about the processing of your Personal Data;
  • To access (receive a copy of) your Personal Data;
  • To request correction of any inaccuracies in your Personal Data;
  • To request deletion of your Personal Data when the purpose for which your Personal Data was processed no longer exists, or you withdraw your previously given consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing of your Personal Data, or your Personal Data is processed unlawfully; or when there are other cases defined in the Regulation.
  • To request restriction of the processing of your Personal Data during the period when you request the Company to verify the accuracy of your Personal Data, or if the processing of your Personal Data is done unlawfully and you object to the deletion of your Personal Data; or when your Personal Data is no longer needed by the Company but is necessary for you to exercise your right to file a complaint or defend your rights.
  • To request to receive your Personal Data in a commonly used, machine-readable, and interoperable format;
  • To object to the processing of your Personal Data;
  • To withdraw your consent;
  • To lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

You can exercise these rights by submitting a written request in accordance with the requirements set out in this Privacy Policy, by filling out the form provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. The request must be submitted in a clear and understandable state language, including not using profanity, swear words, insulting or disrespectful phrases. The request must specify the identity (name, surname), address, contact details (phone number and/or email address) through which you wish to communicate with the Company and receive a response regarding the implementation of your rights as a Data Subject, as well as the specific right from those listed in this Privacy Policy that you want to exercise, and the extent of it, and other significant circumstances and/or data relevant to the request, the request must be signed. We may also refuse to comply with your request if we do not process your Personal Data, if the documents scanned for identification of your (and representative’s) identity are not submitted together with the request (or are submitted incorrectly), the person submitting the request is not properly authorized or does not have the right to submit the request, and the laws do not provide for the possibility of satisfying the request. In implementing an unfounded or abusive request, we will have the right to demand compensation for the implementation of the request.

A request can also be made on your behalf by a representative under power of attorney or by law (e.g., one of the parents acting as the representative of their non-active minor children or the guardian (custodian) of a minor). In this case, a document confirming the right of representation (e.g., a scanned notary-certified power of attorney) must be attached to the request.

6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

We transfer your Personal Data only to Data Processors who, for the protection of Personal Data, implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation and ensure your rights as a Data Subject and their implementation. Data Processors engaged by the Company process your Personal Data only in accordance with the Company’s instructions. A Processor hired to engage a subprocessor has the right to do so only with the prior written consent of the Company.

We do not transfer your Personal Data outside the European Economic Area unless the country to which your Personal Data is transferred ensures an adequate level of protection or you agree to such transfer of your Personal Data.

Your Personal Data, to the extent necessary to provide services on this website, may become accessible to a service provider offering website hosting and server rental services.

Your Personal Data may also be transferred to other companies within the same group of companies as the Company (acting as our engaged Data Processors or independently as Data Controllers), law enforcement agencies, the judiciary, and other state institutions, but only to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
